A. Only one design is permitted per package. The design will be printed on the left front breast and back of the hoodies, the left pocket of the pants, and on the front of shirts and hats, unless notified otherwise.
B. Package deal is for sizes Sm-3xl. Women's tech suits (Lavender and Neon Pink) are sm to 2xl
C. Please email print-ready design (.eps, .psd, .svg, etc) with desired colors and sizes to alwayzcustomz@gmail.com. If file is not print-ready, $40 design fee will be invoiced. This may cause a delay with your order.
D. You will receive a digital mock up within 24-48hrs for your approval in order for the production process to begin. If there is change needed, do not approve and reply to us to make the changes.
E. 7-10 Business Day Turnaround from date of approval (rush order services also available).
F. If your order requires additional charge, you will be sent an invoice for the remaining balance
