A. Only one design & one location print is included per package. Any additional locations will be an additional cost.
B. Please email print-ready design (.eps, .psd, .svg, etc) with desired colors and sizes to alwayzcustomz@gmail.com. If file is not print-ready, $40 design fee will be invoiced. This may cause a delay with your order.
C. You will receive a digital mock up within 24-48hrs for your approval in order for the production process to begin. If there is change needed, do not approve and reply to us to make the changes.
D. 7-10 Business Day Turnaround from date of approval (rush order services also available).
E. If your order requires additional charge, you will be sent an invoice for the remaining balance
